Walmart Grant for Health and Wellness

Walmart is now offering grants up to $25,000 that support health and wellness.  The grant application period is ending August 10, 2012 though so if interested act quickly.  They are willing to support tax exempt programs that "improve access to health care, reduces health care disparities and promotes nutrition".
