It's amazing how the Nintendo Wii Fit program really does help people. I have seen other studies using this equipment that perform significant results as well. Interesting post.
I agree. In addition, it is relatively inexpensive and fun! I prefer the WiiFit to Kinect too. Easier to play the games.
